Context:
The helpdesk at your company needs advice on how to raise issues on your company bugtracker: currently the development team is spending time trying to reproduce issues, where the information on the original issue is ambiguous or missing.  Issues are also sometimes raised at the wrong severity.

Mission:
As testers and bug experts, you’ve been asked to put together a one page cheatsheet to help them out.  No more than one page – these are very busy people, and they won’t have time to read it.
