The tab order on this page is very confusing. Try clicking on the First Name field then pressing tab – it jumps unexpectedly.

Still the tabs order problem is there, I hardly use mouse during working. But as the tab orders are jumping this is quite confusing.

I also found that surprising! It’s after typing in my last name that I hit tab thinking that it would take me to the gender drop down, but it went to the login fields over to the right.
I have learn something about privacy. When I registered as a member of this site, you email me my registration detail which including my password, and it is in PLAIN TEXT.
This means ours password is not ENCRYPTED! This is a privacy flaw.
Password shouldn’t send to a registrar in a plain text !
