About WeekendTesting Americas
“Weekend Testing Americas (WTA) is the newest chapter of Weekend Testing, first premiering in November of 2010. This initiative is aimed at testers in the Western Hemisphere and covers Canada in the North to Chile in the South and everyone in between. Since IST is equivalent to 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM in the Unted States and since the European Weekend Testers times were still as early as 8:30 AM for those on the West Coast of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, Joe, Michael and Lynn decided to initiate a chapter of Weekend Testing in the Americas. With a great response to this initiative, this chapter is happy to be catering to the needs of testers in North, Central and South America.
