Session:

Mission 1
“Your manager has to leave urgently, and asked you to conduct an interview instead of her. You know that it’s an opening for a fellow tester position. You have 1 hour to prepare.” – Define all context details that you need and share ideas on your strategy.

Mission 2
“Your testing team is getting a new grad, and your manager asked you to be a mentor for the first month of work.”
- Define all context details that you need and share ideas on your strategy.

Once again we stepped out of the “bug hunting” format presenting non-testing challenge about testing. We had a large group, very intense work, – and insightful discussion of reports. The full session chat, including individual reports,  can be viewed here.
